American Unity Fund is the LGBT-led organization defending pluralism and protecting the rights and liberties of all Americans, regardless of sex or religion. We fight for all Americans to have the constitutional freedoms our Founding Fathers envisioned including freedom of conscience, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of association, and family and parental rights.
Our Mission
Since 2012, our network of donors and activists have led and won by advancing the cause of freedom on the American Right in Washington, in state legislatures, and in our highest courts. We fight just as hard for the freedom to marry as we do for the freedom of religion. We continue to fight for “Fairness for All” in civil rights legislation to balance the needs of the faith community and LGBT Americans.
In 2025, we are turning our attention to two major issues uniquely impacting our community:
Assisted reproductive technology, including IVF, which many gay and lesbian couples rely on to grow their families. We are grateful to President Trump and support his leadership to make IVF more affordable and accessible to all Americans.

Children and teenagers, and their parents and caregivers, are increasingly being swept into the growing crisis of mass-onset youth gender dysphoria. We are raising our voices against the medical malpractice that is threatening the health of our children, gay and transgender people, and ultimately our nation.
